Lots of people come to Mountain Creek for a fun-filled day playing and relaxing by the river! Day passes are $2 per person and expire at 7 pm. Things to do around the campground include:

-Rent tubes or kayaks to float around the campground. Tube rentals are $1 per hour or $6 for the whole day. Kayaks cost $2.50 per hour for campground use. All rentals require photo ID.

-Wooden playground to entertain the kids!

-Volleyball and horseshoes FREE for guests.

-Enjoy swimming holes and spacious gravel bars. Relax and enjoy the scenery while the kids splash around.

-From hummingbirds to great blue herons, turtles and beavers to deer, there is always an abundance of wildlife to be seen.

-Less than 30 minute drive to Bennett Springs State Park, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, and Lake of the Ozarks.

-Two golf courses within 20 minutes

-The beautiful Niangua River features 30 miles of clear, cold, beautiful, spring-fed water that stays 58-60 degrees year round. It is stocked regularly with brown and rainbow trout. Smallmouth bass are taken up to 4 pounds.

-A wide variety of very large fish can be caught in our private, spring-fed slough that runs through the campground and into the river. Canoes can be rented for slough fishing for $20 per day. Or bring your own boat for $4 per day.
